FAQ
H.1 No dogs of any kind may be maintained, kept or harbored in the condominium, including dogs accompanying visitors. H.2 The only pets that are allowed are cats, small birds, and tropical fish, provided such pets are not a nuisance or annoyance to other residents. (DEC 17.B. BL. IX.3.F)
D.6 In accordance with the Fire Dept. and for your own security, all apartment doors leading to the common areas must be kept closed at all times including laundry, trash room, and stairway exit doors. No personal articles, such as doormats, shopping carts, plants, etc. may be kept in hallways or stairwells at any time. Air Conditioning closets may not be used for storage of any kind. No flammable or explosive materials are to be stored at any time. Smoking is prohibited in all common areas, including fire stairways.
TF.1 Parking spaces were assigned to the unit at the time of the original sale of each unit by the developer, and the right to use a designated parking space passes as an appurtenance with each subsequent sale to a new owner. A unit owner may not transfer or assign use of the parking space identified with his unit except in connection with the sale of the unit. (DEC 9.A. BL IX.3. N)
O.2 All Leases will be on an annual basis. Initial and all renewals will be approved by Board of Directors. Maximum rental allowance is three consecutive years.
E.1. Use of the recreational facilities shall be denied to any person whose behavior is disruptive to other users or interfere with the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the recreational facilities by others.
